  1. How do I schedule a rental unit for a future move? All storage units are rented out on a first come first serve basis.  Add your name to our waiting list to be contacted when a unit is available.
  2. Are yearly leases required? No, they are leased on a month to month basis.
  3. What does month to month mean? The lease automatically renews unless you give notice that you are moving out. *Notice needs to be given by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
  4. Do I have to rent a unit via PackandPay.com? No, you may still rent a unit by calling our local office.
  5. Can I live in my unit? No
  6. How do I cancel my unit? Log into your account, choose manage leases and choose end lease. *Note if you end your lease between the 1st and the 15th of the month your lease will be ended at the end of the current month. If you end your lease between 16th and last day of the month your lease will terminate on the last day of the following month.
  7. What is the procedure for vacating a unit? After providing notification that you are ending your lease and your items have been removed, please sweep your unit clean, close the door and take your lock with you.

  9. Will my unit have a power outlet? No - unless you rent a 13x35 unit
  10. Does Pack N Pay accept any other forms of payments other than online credit card payments? Yes, we take cash, check and credit card at our office
  11. What happens if my unit gets broken into, can I get the camera footage? You will need to submit a security incident form.
  12. Will Pack N Pay insure my stored belongings? No, storage is at your own risk. We recommended you get additional insurance to accommodate your stored items by contacting an insurance agent.
  13. How do I notify Pack N Pay if I notice a repair is needed to my unit or the facility? Please submit a repair request form.
  14. What kind of lock should I use? Be sure to use a high quality lock to secure your unit. For example, use a disc lock in which the bolt is covered. Regular padlocks can be cut with a bolt cutters.
  15. When is rent due? Rent is due on the first of the month and is late if not received by the 10th. A $15 late fee is then applied.
  16. What are Pack N Pay's business hours? Call us anytime. Be sure to leave a voice message if your call is not answered.
